Lanyrde is operated by Lanyrde LLC, a Virginia limited liability company. Questions about these terms may be sent to lanyrde@polsia.app.

The service

Lanyrde helps a customer keep a vendor roster, record insurance requirements, collect certificates, view selected information read from those certificates, and track certificate dates and follow-up. Email reminders can be enabled for certificates on file. The customer decides what requirements apply and what action to take based on the information shown.

Accounts

A customer must create an account to use the workspace. Account holders are responsible for the information they provide, keeping their sign-in credentials private, and activity carried out through their accounts. Customers control who they invite to provide vendor information.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

A paid company workspace uses a monthly subscription. The monthly amount is based on the roster quote shown before checkout. Stripe hosts checkout and processes the recurring payment. By completing checkout, the account holder authorizes the monthly charge shown there.

Subscription cancellation is handled through Stripe where a cancellation option is available for the subscription. The current Lanyrde app does not show an in-app cancellation control or a Stripe customer-portal link, so the available cancellation steps and effective date cannot be confirmed here. Customer information and vendor invitations

Customers are responsible for the information and files they upload, the requirements they enter, and the vendors they invite. Customers must have the authority to provide that information and to ask invited vendors to submit certificates.

Certificate information is not coverage verification

Lanyrde tracks certificate information and expiration dates. It does not verify insurance coverage, determine whether a policy is in force, or decide whether a claim is covered. Lanyrde is not insurance advice or legal advice. Customers should consult their insurer, broker, or legal adviser about coverage questions.

Acceptable use

Use Lanyrde only for lawful vendor and certificate administration. Do not upload files or information you are not authorized to share, try to access another customer’s workspace, interfere with the service, or use the service to distribute malicious content.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Lanyrde will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using Lanyrde at any time. Lanyrde may suspend or end access when needed to protect the service or respond to misuse. Stopping use does not itself cancel a Stripe subscription. These terms do not promise a particular notice process or account or data deletion process.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The current text and its update date appear on this page; the app does not provide a separate notice process for changes.
